Back To Work Body
I have to say, it's hard to let yourself rest after having a baby. It feels like you want to get back to your old self as fast as possible and be one of those "oh my god I cant believe you just had a baby" type of mommies. For me at least. The pressure is even heavier because this is my job and I have been doing this for so long, Its like going back home. My love for my work really motivates me to kick my own butt and get my body back in shape. Its important to note that making sure this process is happening in a healthy way and provides me sustained energy is my number one priority. I still have 2 little ones at home and being a wife, mother and run the household requires quite a bit of energy, and thats my top priority. I don't starve myself and I don't spend 3 hours at the gym every day but I am very dedicated and focused when it comes to any goals I have to reach. Having my nutritional background really helps me to be in tune with my own body and its needs. This is a journey and I haven't reached my goals yet but Im so proud and in awe of what our bodies are capable of.
So after 3 months of 80% clean eating plus 3-4 times a week of pilates and barre, I was ready to go in and get my new polaroids! Mama is ready to go back to work!
