I don't know how I didn't think if it earlier! I enjoy coconut water pretty much on a daily basis in my smoothies and just as it is for hydration. 

These are so simple to make and so nice to have on hand. You can use coconut water ice cubes to supercharge your smoothies, mix in your water to cool it and add a sweeter flavour to it. It can be a great snack on those hot summer days, and yes, of course, cocktails!

Not only coconut water ice cubes are much more flavourful then water, they also contain the five essential electrolytes. Electrolytes are minerals such as potassium, sodium, magnesium and chloride that help maintain proper fluid levels in the body and regulate muscle function. Coconut water prevents cramping, hydrates and promotes recovery- naturally. It is also one of the greatest hangover cures EVER.

For skin care trick, applying coconut water ice cubes to your face (make sure to wrap them in a baggie or a gauze as applying them directly can aggravate the sensitive blood vessels on your face) can improve circulation and tighten everything up, Giving your complexion that dewy, glowing look. 

What you need:

  • Coconut water
  • Silicon molds. I love these cute heart shaped silicon molds HERE

Pour coconut water in the molds, stick them in the freezer for about 2 hours and Viola!
